Customer Service Agent (EN/DE and/or EN/ES)

  • Handle a wide range of customer inquiries via email and social media
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customers’ complaints
  • Resolve KYC requests
  • Answer to customer reviews
  • Liaise with the development team when customer inquiries require technical support
  • Update customer service guidelines and customer knowledge base
  • Actively participate on processes and tools optimization
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies


  •  2+ years of experience as a Customer Service Agent in a tech and/or international company
  • Fluency in English and German, and/or English and Spanish
  • Experience dealing with payment related inquiries and/or KYC requests is a strong plus
  • Ability to handle a large number of customer requests confidently and in a self-sufficient manner
  • Team player with a strong attention to the details
  • Motivation, empathy and ability to work independently in multicultural team
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bent to thrive in the agile and fast paced environment
  • Preferably some knowledge and interest in the crypto market
