Community Manager (EN/DE) (m/w/x)

  • Active monitoring of the social channels and flagging problems or opportunities 
  • Building a strongly committed community by using best practice techniques to engage with fans/followers, both reactively and proactively 
  • Handle a wide range of customer inquiries via Jira, Telegram and other channels 
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customers’ complaints
  • Resolve KYC requests
  • Answer to customer reviews
  • Liaise with the development team when customer inquiries require technical support 
  • Update customer service guidelines and customer knowledge base
  • Actively participate in processes and tools optimization 
  • Follow & update communication procedures, guidelines and policies



  • 2+ years of experience as a Community Manager/Service Agent in a tech and/or international company  
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Experience dealing with payment related inquiries and/or KYC requests is a strong plus 
  • Ability to handle a large number of  customer requests confidently and in a self-sufficient manner
  • Team player with a strong attention to the details
  • Resilient and able to operate and manage through ambiguity 
  • Motivation, empathy and ability to work independently in multicultural team
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bent to thrive in the agile and fast paced environment 
  • Preferably some knowledge and interest in the crypto market
